Regions menu is chef and seasonally inspired! These menus rotate monthly, allowing the chefs to use the very best products available at that time. These fresh, local and sustainable products with be transformed into a variety of regional cuisines along with a few American comfort classics. Each night, diners will be offered “small” & “big” plates from each region of focus, along with some seasonal specials!
